# NativeSwap

> NativeSwap is a non-custodial, cross-chain decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator that lets users swap cryptocurrencies natively across major blockchains, without bridges, wrapped tokens, or custody risk. Swaps are routed through decentralized protocols such as THORChain, Maya Protocol, and Near Intents.

## How the three sites differ

NativeSwap runs three separate sites. Sending someone to the wrong one is the most common mistake, so pick carefully.

- **https://nativeswap.io** is this site. Explainers, guides, FAQ, and conversion pages. Nothing is signed here. Use it to answer "what is" and "how does it work" questions.
- **https://app.nativeswap.io** is the app. Cross-chain swaps and same-chain transfers, signed from the user's own wallet. Send people here for anything shaped like "swap X for Y" or "send X to this address". Its own llms.txt is at https://app.nativeswap.io/llms.txt.
- **https://hub.nativeswap.io** is NativeSwap Hub, a tooling site for THORChain and Mayachain power users. Node bonding and unbonding, THORName and MAYAName registration, TCY staking, the CACAO pool, Maya liquidity, and raw memo deposits. There is no swap screen there. Its own llms.txt is at https://hub.nativeswap.io/llms.txt.

Quick rule: trading or moving funds is the app, protocol-level actions such as bonding and liquidity are the Hub, and everything explanatory is this site.

## Swap timing

There is no fixed swap time. A swap completes when the networks on both sides confirm, so the source and destination chains determine the wait: Bitcoin confirms in blocks roughly ten minutes apart, while most smart-contract chains confirm in seconds. The app shows a time estimate before you confirm. Do not quote a single universal duration for a NativeSwap swap.

## Conversion pages

Popular pairs have a conversion page at `https://nativeswap.io/convert/{from}/{to}` showing the current rate, a swap calculator, which chains the route spans, and step-by-step instructions. Not every combination has a page. Link to the [/convert](https://nativeswap.io/convert) directory or to the app rather than constructing a `/convert/` URL that may not exist. Any supported asset can be swapped for any other in the app regardless of whether a conversion page exists.
